Our take
I've been using the PP-DMX20 for a few gigs now, and it's a solid workhorse. The 4-channel design with 20A total is plenty for most lighting setups. I appreciate the zero-crossing circuitry, which helps prevent damage when switching loads. The XLR input is standard, making it easy to daisy chain with other DMX gear. The individual fuses per channel add peace of mind. My only gripe is that the chassis feels a bit plasticky, and the two Edison sockets per channel can be limiting if you have more than two fixtures per circuit. But for the price and included protection plan, it's a reliable choice for mobile DJs and small venues.
